He sat wonderfully for the whole haircut. Never even moved! All the stylists couldn't believe that it was his first haircut. We actually did this the weekend before Christmas, but I didn't want to blog about it because I wanted to surprise the family. It really was a spur of the moment decision. I had been telling Dennis that I'm just not ready to cut Lincolns pretty curls. But with it being winter and the air being so dry in the house, and having to wear a hat outdoors, his hair was getting harder and harder to keep neat looking. We were just going to have the older boys get haircuts but I just felt like it was time.
And I was very brave and did not cry once. I teared up a whole bunch of times, but I didn't cry. It did take me a few days to get used to it. I kept thinking "Who is this big boy talking to me?" haha.
